MAUD LINDLEY

Maud Lindley is the founder and managing director of Serendis Executive Coaching Pty Ltd. She brings to her practice extensive international experience in Investment Banking, combined with very strong coaching track record and academic credentials.

Over the course of a decade, Maud has held senior management positions in Derivatives markets for large investment banks in London and Paris, including; SocGen, Credit Lyonnais and UBS. At UBS Maud built and headed the Derivatives Sales team for the French Corporate division.

With a strong background in finance and a passion for coaching, Maud was driven to take on her next challenge in 2003 and pursue a vision: supporting executives to raise their leadership potential.

Maud received professional accreditation with honours from the revered Coach Ville Campus in Europe as well as from Results Coaching System, Australia, an organisation through which she also trains and mentors other coaches. Maud then established Serendis Executive Coaching and worked with executives in London, Paris and Sydney.

Maud’s strong experience in the corporate world allows her to quickly understand the particularities of her clients’ environment and challenges. She builds a relationship based on trust and strong rapport with all her clients, mixing sensitivity with a rational and business approach. Her coaching methodology is based on her strong belief that raising self awareness is the most effective way for an individual to learn and succeed.
