LESLEY SCHOER

Lesley Schoer is a consultant with broad experience in government and business. She is specialised in strategic planning, facilitation, project management, economic and regional development, research, people and change management, coaching and mentoring.

Lesley has over 20 years experience in government - researching, developing, facilitating and managing economic development projects in regional NSW. Added to this is her strong background in family businesses – manufacturing, service & agriculture.

Lesley holds a BA in Biological & Environmental Science, Cert IV Workplace Assessment & Training and coaching certification with Results Coaching Systems. She has trained in public sector management. She is a coach development consultant, trainer and mentor. Her business, the Coaching Café - uniting coaches to change communities – is an expression of her commitment to coaching and the development of people and communities.

Lesley works with business owners, management teams, executives and Boards, facilitating strategic planning for organisations. She coaches people through organisation change and growth, developing teams and leaders. Her coaching approach achieves results by creating awareness, insights and changed thinking.

As a skilled facilitator of group processes, Lesley uses a variety of methodologies to facilitate team development - including 360 reviews, communication training, values alignment, visioning, goal setting, team operations and development planning, team coaching and mentoring.
