The success of a Leadership Development Program lies in the assessment of the specific company’s needs and the definition of clear objectives. A series of interviews with the company’s executive team allows Serendis to design the right program.
In most cases, Serendis recommends a combination of team / group coaching and one on one coaching sessions.
- Team and group sessions allow the individuals to work together towards the definition and achievement of a vision and/or new culture for the company. These sessions are also used to address issues, particular difficulties, or misalignments between teams or divisions. They also provide a good source of information for the coaches in order to define the agenda of potential management or communication training sessions.
- Coaches use one on one sessions to support each individual raise their leadership skills and achieve their own specific objectives towards the overall company’s goal.
- The use of qualitative 360 degree surveys for key individuals has also been proven very insightful and effective for the success of the overall program.
These programs can be developed for groups of 2 to up to 20 team members. Different groups will be created to address different objectives according to the structure of the organization,. Typically, Serendis provides team sessions to a group of 2 to 8 senior executives and group workshops to a group of 6 to 12 managers.
