Leadership Development Programs - One on One Coaching Sessions

Purpose

During these sessions, each executive is able to address their own specific challenges and issues in a confidential environment. The main purpose of these sessions is to achieve within each executive cognitive and behavioural changes according to their own specific needs. The executives will develop sustainable new habits of management and communication.

Process

  • 90 min to 2 hours face to face meetings
  • From 6 to 12 sessions per executive (fortnightly to monthly meetings)
  • Unlimited support is available on the phone or e-mail in between sessions

Methodology

For each executive, Serendis will have determined prior to commencing the series:

  • Specific objectives set by management
  • Expectations / goals of the executive
  • Issues and challenges identified by people working for and with the executive

A combination of coaching conversations and specific models and tools are used to help the executive implement new cognitive and behavioural habits in the areas of leadership, management, communication etc...

The coach respects strict confidentiality in regards to the content of these personal sessions.
