These workshops are designed to support a group of individuals to achieve similar objectives, most often around leadership, management and communication.
Process
Typical issues that are generally covered include:
- Management practices (delegating, staff coaching, team leadership)
- Time management
- Effective communication
- Goal and strategy setting
- Emotional intelligence
- From management to leadership
Methodology
- 3 hour interactive group meetings that are a mix of training and group coaching
- Each individual is expected to participate with personal experience
- Coaches create an interactive learning environment where participants will brain-storm the different issues before an answer is given
- Coaches organise role plays and team building exercises
