
Purpose
Serendis conducts qualitative 360 degree surveys for each individual involved in the leadership development program. This first step allows each individual to receive detailed feedback on the way their peers and managers perceive their leadership, management and communication style. This creates self awareness and allows participants of the program to determine their own strengths and areas for development. This is a great platform for the one on one coaching series.
Process
- Coaches develop the survey questions according to the objectives of the program
- Coaches meet with each individual in order to determine their perception of their own key strengths and areas for improvement
- Coaches meet with 4 to 6 people selected by each individual in order to evaluate their perception of the individual’s strengths, issues and challenges
- Coaches provide each individual with a detailed and confidential report analysis
Methodology
- Each session lasts from 30 to 45 min with open conversation and questions concentrated on 4 to 6 areas of the individual’s leadership skills
- Coaches seek specific answers and examples
- Feedback from the interviews is analysed and summarised
- Written report of the 360 degree survey is communicated to each individual and their manager (and/or HR representative) as a summary of anonymous feedback
